26W Arthaus Directions

  1. On 26W, continue straight in MIDDLE LANES, turns into: 240 E. (at 40)  
  2. Then follow the "240 E directions from the 40/26 intersection" below.  

40E Arthaus Directions (from Knoxville)

  1. 40E take 240E LEFT HAND exit to Asheville.  
  2. Then follow the "240 E directions from the 40/26 intersection" below.  

240E at 40 Arthaus Directions

  1. Continue on 240 about 2 miles until crossing a bridge.  
  2. GET INTO YOUR FAR RIGHT LANE ON THE BRIDGE AND STAY THERE!  
  3. By following this instruction, you will inevitably exit for 'Downtown Paton Avenue', then turn RIGHT by default at your 5th light onto COXE Avenue.  
  4. Then follow the 'Coxe Ave. Directions from the Paton / Coxe intersection' below.  

181S, 81S, 19/23S, 26S/E (From: Johnson City, TN)

  1. Future 26 or 19/23 (also called 181 in TN to really confuse you) After you cross over the mountain, it will take another 1/2 hour until: LOOK FOR SPEED LIMIT TO DROP TO '55'! WHEN THE SPEED LIMIT THEN DROPS TO '50', GET IN YOUR LEFT LANE AND STAY THERE!  
  2. By following this instruction, you will inevitably exit left for 'Downtown Paton Avenue'.  
  3. Merge onto Paton Ave. GET INTO THE RIGHT LANE, AND STAY THERE!  
  4. RIGHT (by default) at your 5th light onto Coxe Avenue.  
  5. Then follow the "Coxe Ave. Directions from the Paton / Coxe intersection" below.  

40W & 240W Arthaus Directions

  1. 40W is fairly flat until climbing mountain at Marion NC, You are close now!  
  2. Exit for Asheville onto 240 W after Black mountain.  
  3. Exit in the right lane at the third exit for: CHARLOTTE St.  
  4. Turn LEFT at the bottom of the ramp onto Charlotte St.  
  5. Turn RIGHT at the second light onto COLLEDGE St.  
  6. LEFT at your 6th light onto COXE Ave.  
  7. Then follow the 'Coxe Ave. Directions from the Paton / Coxe intersection' below.  

Coxe Ave. Arthaus Directions (From: Patton & Coxe Ave)

  1. LEFT at your second light onto HILLIARD Ave.  
  2. One block LEFT onto RAVENSCROFT Dr. 5th house on right #16.  
  3. Dark Green cedar shake shingles, and dark purple trim.  
  4. Bungalow parking space is on the left side of the house next to the fence.  
  5. There are 3 spaces in front of house, leave enough room for 2 other cars.  
  6. Anywhere on the far side of the road is okay as well. (no meters on our street)
